Products & pricing

Prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience; the checkout amount in SAR is authoritative. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and availability at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where product or pricing information was listed in error. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. By placing an order you confirm that the purchase and delivery information you provide is accurate.

Warranty

Taj AlArab watches are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes: normal wear and tear; straps and buckles; scratches to the case or crystal; water damage beyond the stated resistance rating; and damage resulting from accident, misuse, or service by unauthorized parties. To make a claim, reach out through our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns & refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms. Returns are accepted for defective items only, and exchanges are not offered.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Taj AlArab name, logo, product designs, and imagery — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taj AlArab shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
